I recently visited Mumm Napa Valley and spent part of the afternoon tasting various sparkling wines. It got me thinking about some creative ideas for champagne cocktails. Did you know that Champagne and other sparkling wines are typically derived from a blend of grapes such as Chardonnay or Pinot Noir? Also, technically, Champagne only comes from the Champagne region of France and all other Bruts, Proseccos, etc. are called Sparkling Wine. Check out a few fun ideas below for Champagne Cocktails!
