Monday evening I had the pleasure of viewing the stunning works of some of the city’s (and country’s!) best milliners on display at the National Arts Club. If cocktails, music, and hats strike your fancy, well, you’re in luck because the private Arts Club is opening its doors for this Friday’s Bonnet Bash.
